Construction has been completed on The Falls, a 133,000-square-foot mixed-use development in the Southridge area of Kennewick.

The project at 4112 W. 24th Ave. features three modern buildings on a 3.5-acre lot, offering 105 residential units with premium amenities, a clubhouse, street-front commercial retail spaces for businesses and climate-controlled storage units.

The mixed-use development integrates ground-floor commercial space with residential living above.

The project was completed March 1.
