The first phase of the Brisa Heights Apartments in Pasco is expected to be completed in mid-April.

The new apartments feature modern interior finishes, bulk internet, Peloton fitness center, clubhouse, business center, lounge, dog park, pet washing station, pool, splash pad, pickleball courts, valet trash services and Amazon lockers.

The 132,550-square-foot complex at 10181 Burns Road features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Rents range from $1,695 to $2,120.

The first phase has 142 units. The second phase will add 84 units for a total of 226 units, with completion expected in early 2026.

Peak Contractors Inc. is the general contractor.

Timberland Inc. of Vancouver, Washington, was the developer.

Pasco Burns LLC is the owner.
