XOS Inc. is wrapping up work on the 12,000-square-foot Southridge Plaza. The building at 2403 S. Quillan Place in Kennewick has up to eight units with a large patio at the north end and space for a small outdoor area to the south. 

The building doesn’t have set tenants yet, but two of the units would make great restaurants, the owners said.

The building was expected to be completed around mid-June.

Game Inc. is the general contractor, and Draftco Designs is the architect.
