A new residential and commercial property on Clearwater Avenue is one developer’s deliberate effort to bring value to the community and elevate housing options.
Clearwater Lofts, located at 7275 W. Clearwater Ave. in Kennewick, was completed at the beginning of May and its two-story, 30,000-square-foot building boasts 32 residential apartments and four commercial spaces.
“I built the residential apartments to provide clean modern and high quality living for individuals in our community, making a great use of what was a vacant land,” said property owner Jason Zook. “The commercial building was designed to offer a professional space for business along a high traffic corridor – bringing more life, opportunity and value to the area.”
With open loft studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, each residential space is crafted to balance comfort and functionality. They feature interiors with upscale finishes like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Every unit includes a full washer and dryer. And the complex also has a pet wash station and designated pet area to serve its four-legged residents.
Zook and business partner Zac Koons built the Lofts through their business ZK Builders LLC at a cost of roughly $7.9 million including the land.
