Summer’s Hub of Pasco has opened at 6120 Burden Blvd., Pasco. This is the second Summer’s Hub food truck plaza anchored by Brady’s Brats and Burgers. The original is in Kennewick. Hours: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday-Saturday. Contact: 509-940-1477.
