
Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels senior dining sites serve hot meals from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday (Tuesday through Friday in Connell.). Meals are free for seniors ages 60 and older.
Seniors must make reservations 24 business hours in advance by calling 509-735-1911.
Friday, May 2: Beef tacos, rice and beans, salsa and sour cream.
Monday, May 5: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, Normandy vegetables.
Tuesday, May 6: Apple pork chop, mashed sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables.
Wednesday, May 7: Teriyaki chicken, fluffy rice, Asian vegetables, oat bar.
Thursday, May 8: Cheese and beef pasta, green beans, tossed salad, breadstick.
Friday, May 9: Chicken salad, sandwich, pea and cheese salad.
