A joint venture of three multinational engineering and construction companies with extensive experience in large infrastructure projects is in negotiations to design and build small modular reactors for Energy Northwest. 

The final phases of construction on the Dallas Road roundabouts in Richland will start this week before resuming in the spring. Detours will be in place. 

The draft plans were obtained by the news organization ProPublica and have not yet been formally proposed. But they include adding time limits on living in public housing and work requirements to receive the assistance.
